AVATARA offers transformational retreats to empower beings to awaken in body, soul, and spirit to find their place in the collective shift into a new civilization.

This Level 2 retreat builds on the mysteries encountered in the Level 1 and takes the path of what it means to be a pillar of the emerging Aquarian Age deeper.

In the teachings AVATARA us sourced in, 2025 represents the centre point in a 50-year shift to a global soul-based civilisation.

The years 2000-2025 represented the pathway down into the bottom of the valley where humanity would be brought to its knees, where our civilisation would start to fracture, and from there we would start to open ourselves to a new way.

That process is ongoing. There is still a journey of breaking that will continue to unfold.

2025-2050 is the beginning of the ascent.

The anchoring of the pillars of a fundamentally new civilisation sourced in the One Life, in soul, sacred matter and nature, and oriented to collective awakening, evolution, and manifestation of the sacred in the foundation of our societies.

This isn’t going to happen overnight.

There will still be pain, injustice, separation, prejudice, and schism.

And 2025 is said to mark the dawn of a global wave of initiates emerging on the planet to anchor the new culture that our hearts so deeply long for.

Crux Ecstasis is dedicated to empowering the emergence of those initiates.

Beings who from a place of deep spiritual maturity recognise the crucifixion that every human being is in and accept their place on their own cross. 

Who consent as souls to the naked vulnerability of being stretched between the poles of existence – spirit and matter, masculine and feminine - so that humans can be a place where as Rilke said, “God learns”. 

When an initiate stops trying to avoid this process and finally surrenders to it, they come home to the heart of their cross and start to reveal the mystery of the one universal life that is the essence of all creation, and that is now beginning to awaken to itself through initiated humanity. 

From there, they start to transmit the light of victory. 

This is a victory that belongs to humanity as a whole. 

It is the victory of us having taken the great journey of descending into incarnation - struggling, learning, growing, loving, dying, fighting, over tens and even hundreds of millennia - to now start to awaken to who we truly are and build a new world on that foundation.

Activating the emergence of initiates who can draw on the light of victory to anchor seeds of this shift in the world over the next 25 years is the focus of Crux Ecstasis.

AVATARA retreats are for those called to plug their spiritual path into the big picture – of humanity’s awakening, Earth’s awakening, and cosmic awakening – so they can find their right place to show up in the process in this extraordinary time.

AVATARA grew out of Shamballa School, which was founded by Bruce Lyon in 2001, then passed on to Jon Eden Khan in 2011, who expanded it into AVATARA in 2021.

We have our roots in the Trans-Himalayan teachings that have come through Helena Blavatsky and the Theosophical movement, Alice A. Bailey, Helena Roerich, Lucille Cedercrans, and more recently Bruce Lyon. FACILITATORS

Jon Eden Khan is a transformational leader, mentor, and facilitator, living in his beloved home city of Berlin.

Jon is initiator of Singularity, a transnational political party dedicated to global governance working towards global governance sourced in the one Earth, the one humanity, and the power in the heart of every being by 2050.

He is founder of AVATARA, which is dedicated to the mystery of what it truly means to be human, awakening together at this extraordinary time of global initiation.

And he mentors soul-driven leaders, from top corporate business leaders and FinTech trailblazers, to LGBT rights activists in the Middle East, to some of the most respected facilitators of transformational self-development work in the world.

Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation.

Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, bringing together leaders from government, economics, spirituality, education, culture and the environment from around the world to explore how awakening to our inherent unity can inform efforts toward global transformation.

Tracy Kelleher is a soul guide, energetic interpreter, group facilitator, and devotee of the emerging temples and modern mystery schools. Her work bridges the realms of spirit and matter, rooted in deep devotion to the beauty of Earth and the singular expressions of Love that each human embodies.

As a soul guide, Tracy attunes to the unique melody of each individual’s soul, using energetic fluency to uncover the spaces already resonating with purpose, love, and freedom. She serves as both a midwife of the soul and a doula of death, holding sacred ground and bearing witness to the wholeness inherent in each of us as we cross life’s initiatory thresholds. Her group facilitation focuses on creating fields of vibrational coherence, unlocking collective potential for synergy, healing, and creativity.
